Y-Axis consultants support is really appreciable

I have been associated with Y-Axis for some time for Canada PR. I have been assisted by their teammates on a regular basis. The consultant provides support from time to time and explains all the stuff. However, there is something that was not appreciated. Consultants allocated are not local ones. I was assigned someone from Hyderabad. The consultant was capable enough but they are not easily contactable. Also, I am unaware of my consultants' credentials and face. Additionally, the consultant has varied timings or is either busy. Recommendation: Y-Axis should allocate local consultants. The consultant should be available to meet in their offices as this enhances trust. I highly appreciate the hard work of the consultant in creating the profiles and assisting the PR process. Mr. Vikar has been very supportive in the process to date. Also, I am extremely happy with the IELTS training module that was provided by them. I am waiting for further processes. I will update the feedback as and when necessary.
